June Feng serves as the Head of Investment Banking at MY Securities, where she oversees the firm’s full spectrum of investment banking and capital markets activities. With a strong background in cross-border financing, strategic advisory, and institutional investor engagement, she has played a key role in originating and executing complex transactions across the U.S. and Asian markets.

Prior to joining MY Securities, Ms. Feng led Asia business development initiatives within the investment banking sector, where she contributed to several high-profile capital markets transactions, including the first U.S. follow-on public offering completed by a Japanese-listed company on Nasdaq, TKLF. Her experience spans equity offerings, IPO advisory, investor relations strategy, and international business expansion.

In addition to her capital markets expertise, Ms. Feng previously held project management and engineering leadership roles at BYD North America, where she managed large-scale operational and infrastructure initiatives. Her multidisciplinary background, combining engineering, corporate strategy, and investment banking, provides a distinctive perspective in advising growth-stage and cross-border companies navigating the public markets.
