Mr. Ng Wei Lun is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with approximately five (5) years of legal practice experience in Malaysia. His core area of practice is conveyancing, where he has spent the past three (3) years advising and assisting clients in a wide range of property-related matters.

His conveyancing experience includes handling subsale transactions, project (developer) transactions, tenancy agreements, and property-related arrangements including distribution matters. He is experienced in overseeing the full lifecycle of transactions, including loan documentation and disbursement, perfection of transfer and charge, as well as discharge of charge, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely completion.

He has acted for individual purchasers, vendors, and corporate clients, ensuring that transactions are executed efficiently while safeguarding his clients’ legal and commercial interests.

In addition to his primary practice, he has handled a variety of general legal matters, including debt recovery, estate planning, and selected family law matters such as divorce proceedings. He also has exposure to criminal matters, including assisting clients with police bail, court bail applications, remand proceedings, and plea mitigation for guilty pleas.
